CenturyLinkQuote’s Response to COVID-19
Last Updated on April 15, 2020 by hilary bird
During this time of uncertainty, CenturyLink is committed to keep its network running efficiently, as well as keep its customers connected if they face financial setbacks as a result of COVID-19.
On March 13, 2020, CenturyLink signed the Keep Americans Connected Pledge.
As part of the pledge, CenturyLink will waive late fees, suspend data usage limits for residential customers, and halt service terminations for residential and small business (entities with up to 50 employees) customers that face financial hardship because of COVID-19.
In addition to that, CenturyLink has implemented multiple teams to make sure that its network is up and running despite traffic and network demands.
CenturyLink is determined to continue efficient network connections by increasing network capacity, adjusting traffic, and changing traffic paths when needed.
As more COVID-19 developments arise, CenturyLink will continue to monitor and support its network, so that all of its customers can continue to interact digitally.
